If you get banned then you should appeal for your unban, it may take a week to get accepted or denied.
And there is no policy where you should contact stuff after appealing. That's why they ignored you.
Btw at the end they responded where they should respond and denied your appeal.

And staffs should ignore you cause you clearly broke the rules and now you want unban from thin air.
Also words means nothing to anyone, you have to prove yourself not guilty with some photographic evidence.

Chat logs, i got loads of proof, they can check, but no they just denied it within 12hrs

I don't think they are going to check chat log there are always thousands of messages. You should have a screeshot of that.

I didn't get banned for duping lol, i got banned for a wrong reason, my ban is justified but not the reason. Idh proof how can devs expect me to ss everything i msg ppl xD, it's their work to check before/after banning the person, if u played survival u wud realize how so many ppl get false banned, ppl dupe but many ppl are innocent too
 
its always the "valid punishment" reason when they deny any appeal fr fr but anyways ;-;

You could have sent all the proof you are sending here in the thread where there was a chance to get unbanned and like every server work on proof and you don't provide enough proof they will obviously deny your appeal it's a nobrainer.

It's a false ban. The reason isn't justified, just cuz i trade with dupers doesn't mean i need to get banned then if this is the case everyone should be banned
