Every music bot is breaking the youtube TOS, unless the devs find a bot that plays SoundCloud music, then its a dead end. The public ones are shut down first because they are set as an example. Just read their articles. No bot has a license to play music from youtube at this time. They will keep getting shut down so why risk it.
