Nether Portal Bug

So i have that huge gold farm in my island and i want to get rid of it because it's making tons of lag,
the problem is that the portal doesn't disappear after destroying the obsidian.
what should i do? can a staff with world edit remove it?

you can simpley remove the netherportal with a bucket of water or lava just place them on the portal and you will hear a glass breaking sound

this method only removes 1 block at a time, i have 48 full size portals means 21k blocks. so it's kind of impossible to do it
