I wanted to ask that if my enemy is ban evading and he gets caught about ban evading after his main id is unbanned will he still get banned?

Even if you wanna report a rule-breaker, you CAN'T make a thread for it because staff won't review it.
If you think he's cheating, feel free to report HERE, keep in mind that you will need a screenshot to prove that he's cheating.
