my eff12 pick disappeared for no reason in warp mine

Hello,

this is already my SECOND bought eff12 pickaxe
I did superbreaker but NOT on a iron or gold block, then i kept mining, then suddenly BAM GONE !
I really made sure there was NO iron or gold block before to activate it
Hope to get this back somehow

hey, I am sorry for your loss, but from your screenshot, https://imgur.com/fPOYxT9 it says "Item Salvaged" unfortunately, it was salvaged.

I did not do it on an iron block!.
I checked it twice before i hit super breaker.
So then I guess I won't get my pick back ????
But if I buy another one, will that cool down be reset so that I get it from Carl the creeper?

AS @theloneking said It says Item salvaged It seems U have right click on Gold Block and it dissapear
Idk If U will get it back its kinda ur fault but maybe u will get back cuz u gave irl money

It will be a very lie chance of compensation due to player-made mistake. If it was the console's fault, you may be able to receive a new one, but if it was your fault, even a very bad mistake, I am sorry but very doubtful you will receive a new one.
