Minecraft crashing due to firework particles in mcmmo fights, HELP

My minecraft crashes whenever someone uses mcmmo on me or when I try to use superbreaker(I believe that is what it is called)(Also in the bedwars lobby trying to use the booster gadget) . I looked up for a solution in the mcmmo github page but according to one of the threads I read, the only possible way to stop the crashes is to disable the firework particles and I don't know how to that as in optifine I have already done so yet the problem persists. IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED INPUT SOLUTIONS DOWN BELOW.

Hello,

Go to Options > Video Settings > Animations and click on All OFF. That should disable all particles, including the fireworks ones.

Turn the Particles to Minimal on the Animation setting.

if all off then technically you will not get crashed for it

I never actually could see the particles as it used to crash before it loaded up. And I told that the firework particles might be the case because I read that in the git issue so I thought that may be the cause
