Detailed description:

New players should be matched with new players, so that matchmaking could be fair and then we can play the players which are beginners.​

Reason(s):

I am too a newplayer​

That means that players with, let's say, level 60+ will have to wait 3 hours for a game to start. And already suggested btw.
