Make wither roses obtainable in survival​

Detailed description:

Wither roses have ability to boost mob spawn rates in a specific area and pika survival have a really low mob spawn rates so making it obtainable by killing wither skellitons would make survival more fun.​

Best for mob farms and kill chambers​

I'd say make them buyable and not obtainable, cause then they will need to enable withers which is not good. Survival will just turn into anarchy

They do not boost or increase rates directly. It is just that Wither Skeletons are the only mob that can spawn on them. Why would you need to spawn only wither skeletons? They don't drop anything useful.
