Make some cosmetics useable without Elite Rank or higher​

Detailed description:

So here some recent problem which I do think most of the player who play Skywars will notice.​

The Cosmetics Issues​

The problem here is some of the cosmetics in Skywars need higher rank than Elite Rank+. Here some examples of weird and unbalanced cosmetics in Skywars. The color of cosmetics is meant by rarity of cosmetics.

Cocktail Rain Victory Dance require Titan Rank but Spider Invasion Victory Dance don't require any ranks?​

4/9 Crazy Victory Dance Cosmetics require Titan Rank but Dragon Rider Victory Dance doesn't require Titan Rank but Elite Rank? ​

Lightning Death Animation require Champion Rank? duh it's common cosmetics and I have 14 duplicates of it, also it just a lightning strike down when player die, what really so special about a lighting death animation anyways. R.I.P Sign Death Animation is way better than it lmfao.​

Flame Projectiles Trails require VIP Rank and it is Crazy Tier Cosmetics, dude what? Meanwhile Champion Sword Trails require Champion Rank and it is Unique Tier Cosmetics?​

Reason(s):

The problem here is some of the cosmetics in Skywars need higher rank than Elite Rank+. It so unbalanced for some cosmetics and player can get annoy at the same time, make it balanced and less P2W, ​

- Fix Rank require cosmetics, like Champion Sword Trails to Crazy Tier​

- Make most of the Cosmetics not so P2W, you guys need to care about there a lot of F2P player than P2W in Pikanetwork​

- Common, Rare and 30% of the Unique Cosmetics doesn't even really need any rank due to some are just simple animated stuff.​

The rank kit's are nerfed and they are already upset about it and making some of there cosmetics to non ranked is not fair at this point and its not even p2w sharp 1 sword dose more damage than sharp 1 axe in elite kit and vip was useless as ever still the champion they also need some special cosmetics for them and i also have many dances/effects that are same or requires titan.There are many way's to get rank at this point.

I believe that unranked players are given enough cosmetics considering they are free... and if they want access to more cosmetics they can buy a rank!
