Make gifs available only for donators​

Detailed description:

Good morning. I have recently seen a new thing where people send some kind of gifs that crash discord (pc and laptop), making us harder to use. As much as we report them to staff members they won't stop. That's why I suggest making gifs available only for donators. It isn't only that, as people post weird gifs(inappropriate) that break the server's rules.​

Reason(s):

Donators are more 'trusted' people. No one will spend money(or days to get it for free) to just post those gifs. Also raiding in this way will be decreased.​
