Make /fly available in your own island​

Detailed description:

Make flying available in the player's own island by either voting or purchasing a class higher than Paladin (including Paladin), including paid ranks.
If flying will be enabled in player's own islands by voting, we can get at least 2 hours of fly time as soon as we get to skyblock servers (op and classic).​

Reason(s):

Flying will be a great boost of efficiency in building especially if the structure is going to be large.​
