Lost my spawner

I need help...i did not know as a member only you can not pick spawners off of ground with silk touch in classic skyblock...and i lost my creeper spawner...i spent 2weeks on grinding and there is no mention of this that a member cant mine their spawners back....Admin please give me my spawner back or 1.1m on classic skyblock name is "abdulhameed"
