Lost my player vault stuff

I don't know if anyone is gonna believe that but i lost my player vault... i have 2 player vaults cuz i m hero and when i today opened it i saw that my stuff in the player vault wasnt there and only half chest items remained i think this is bug but i don't have any evidence so i am telling it here... I don't know what waht did i lost but i know some things... a omega sword with fireaspect 2 and 2 pieces of maximus set and 500 xp ... I don't play here so i am not bothered but i did used 100 vote keys to get that stuff and now the main things i got from it is all gone... YOU CAN CHECK MY AH HISTORY IF U CAN IT WILL SHOW A OMEGA SWORD 20k WORTH OF EXP 2000 i guess AND MAXIMUS SET PEICES PELASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEE
EDIT: MY SECOND VAULT CONTAINED ALOT ALOT OF KITS I REMEMBERED NOW

The server had a rollback, if you claimed your playervaults after the rollback, your playervaults will not be there. Otherwise if you think this is completely unrelated please make sure to create a bug report https://pika-network.net/bug-report/

Unfortunately, items lost due to bugs cannot be refunded.

i got 1k iron but when i open skypvp it says only 500

because u have those other 500 iron on some other gamemode
