Lost ingame money ranks?

Some people are saying this is a glitch. But im wondering if we will get our ranks back. I was champion. I has the maneys to rankup from member to champ but idk if we are gonna get our ranks back or if i need to rankup again. Please fix this glitchhhhhh.

i lost my 344 igs today in auction then i cancel it less than 1 minutes its gone its like 10 second and its gone. i check my pv enderchest inventory its there no have my igs, and i going to hub i think its just a little bug so i go hub and back to op fac 2 and i check everything but its still gone, im making a tickets just need wait for answer and good luck for your problem i hope it will be clear

I don't think I've seen anyone say this in game! If what you're saying is true and you have proof (screenshots) then upload them to https://prnt.sc and make a ticket
