Lost all of my credits without reason

So, yesterday I logged on OP facs1, and saw that all of my credits disappeared. I had like 5250 credits, and now they're gone.
I want my credits back, what should I do ?
P.S: my irl friend's credits disappeared too...

You have to provide proof that you had that many credits or else rip :/
