Lost a rank

I was testing to see if my a rank I bought was real or not. but after i used it the rank went poof. (im noble) i was expecting it to say something like: "your rank is higher". but nope, it just went poof. i would like my rank back

Items lost to bugs aren't refunded unless they were bought from the store or goldshop (which the ssnl rank isn't).
U can make a bug report about this but u won't get the rank back.
