Limiting coinflips to 1 bet per player

What I'm suggesting is that on OP Lifesteal, there is a current problem for coinflips. When bets in the server reach 20+ set by players, the command stops working and cuts off access to any type of /cf commands unless the CF amount lowers. This can be easily abused and may be used by players who aim to make the game boring by limiting a type of gameplay, making the game unentertaining for everyone until the opposing player leaves/removes their bet.
By limiting everyone's bet amount to 1, this prevents command spamming, and continuation of the bug. The CF bug highly affects everyone who plays on OP Lifesteal and has been a problem since Season 5-6.

The reason for this suggestion is to limit the amounts of bets/coinflips you can make in OP Lifesteal to prevent more bugs appearing regarding coinflips and spamming commands.

For example: Instead of daily bugs from happening because of players overriding the CF command with tons of coinflips because of the amount of coinflips they can make (3), people can instead bet once at a time so that nobody spams the coinflip command to prevent chat flooding, and hopefully stop the current overriding coinflip bug that is still going on today.
