Title:
Killstreak Announced One Kill Early in Chat
Gamemode/platform:
KitPvP
Minecraft version:
N/A
Detailed description:
There is a bug in the killstreak (KS) system where killstreak announcements in chat are triggered one kill earlier than the actual required killstreak.
For example, when a player is supposed to reach a 10 killstreak (10 KS) to trigger the message “XYZ player has reached 10 KS,” the message instead appears when the player is only at 9 KS. The same issue happens for other killstreak announcements as well. When a player reaches 49 KS, the chat announces that the player has reached 50 KS, even though they are still one kill short.
This issue is only visual in the chat system. The actual killstreak count and rewards system still behave correctly. For instance, even though the chat says a player has reached 50 KS at 49 kills, the reward for 50 KS cannot be redeemed until the player actually reaches 50 kills. This creates confusion, as the chat announcement does not match the real killstreak value or reward eligibility.

Expected behaviour:
The chat announcement should trigger only when the player actually reaches the exact milestone number.
For example:
[1] The message “XYZ player has reached 10 KS” should appear only when the player reaches 10 kills, not 9.
[2] The message “XYZ player has reached 50 KS” should appear only when the player reaches 50 kills, not 49.
