Is it allowed to kill alt accs for more kills?

Not sure but there are still no punishments to be dealt with the players that are abusing it.

i heared people saying its not allowed since its not fair to get kills from ur alts while people kill other people..

Don't do it as you get advantage in kills over other people which don't do it. I have suggested adding rule about it, until then just don't do it.

DreamGod_ got banned the other day for not ss... xD well you can't kill your "alts" now.. xD

There's a plugin I've seen on OP-Factions 1 for stats boosting, if you kill the same player multiple time then it stops counting their deaths as kills for you! you get marked for a minute or two i believe. I'm not sure if they have this on Factions they probably do though soo yeah....
