Is this scam!

Today i asked the chat that if someone renames my sword i will give dungeon key a person named "Phantom_Fido" accepted it . Then i gave my sword to him he took and renamed it, then he went offline without giving my sword. Afterwards when he came i asked my sword he said that he added enchantments and made his sword so now he won't give it's seems . I told him that i will report him but he doesn't care. Now what should i do???? If this is scam ban him or else let admin give the stuff to me??

that isnt a scam, a player can be banned for scamming only if its for items paid with irl money or classes

Sorry to say but giving the sword back isnt possible for us or any staff. Only way is that player gives it back to you.
In-game stuff isnt refunded if it gets scammed.
