Is This Redstone Contraption Accepted?

Well Recently I have Build A Cobble Gen.. And Well the Redstone Clock Was Too fast.

So I Decided To Modified The Contraption.

And This IS What I Came Up. About 60 Repeater With 4 Ticks in each Meaning 240 Ticks And Equalvalent to 12 seconds Each Piston Delay.

also How to Reduce Light updates Lag?

This looks like it might work for sometime, problem with the redstone plugin is that if there a couple fast update it will break that specific redstone dust..

I persnoally stopped trying to build a cobble gen, and just use /warp mine for mining
