Is this considered ban evasion?

So I got banned for autoclicker (Drag clicking) and I decided to make a new account but I'm afraid I'll progress and then get perma banned for evasion sooooo

Yes its ban evasion you can play only after your punishment is over , if temporary.

yes it is and theres a differance between autoclicking and "drag clicking" so just cope your punishement

same thing happened to me but i did not got banned for ban evasion, I was also false banned for drag clicking with 3 mices and I got banned for 3 months. My Appeal got denied but i didnt wanted to stop playing so I made another account(which got beamed)Notsomeopie and i played on it like for 7 months but did not got banned for ban evasion even tho my usernames was almost same
