Although there aren't any other real proxies for India since it requires duplicating the server and then hosting it in India or somewhere closer to it.

You can put anything u want before pika.host like ilikepikanetwork.pika.host or just normal ip pika.host, but yeah there are no servers for India

You can have a VPN conneceted to France which will overall improve your FPS, atleast that was the thing that Helped me (Use NoPing for it)

ugh a VPN DOES NOT improve your ping,use common sense
Even in a normal usage VPN slows down your internet connectivity by a lot
how do you expect it to give you better ms...?
