There isnt a way untill he/she is in ur friend list or in ur game
(Note: I dont know if they added any new features cuz i left pika since ages)

and see if they are online. if it says e.g (staffname) - op skyblock
then go to op skyblock and /msg the staff there and they should be able to come help you

Yeah if they are in bedwars/skywars very hard to find the game they are in.
Best bet is just to go to discord help lobby. Staff check it very regularly.
