Resetting sprint helps you to deal more kb
Some methods to do that are:
1.Block hitting
2.W-tapping
3.S-tapping

There are not all the methods but they are the most commonly used ones

Why don't you stick with W-tapping. S-tapping is far more difficult to master and naturally, it is a bit cumbersome to strafe while doing it.

KB is normal unless you BlockHit it increases the kb dealt.

Kb ig is normal but you might be sprint resetting

Dont use kb sticks against high ping or extremely low ping players, they take 0 kb from my experience.

I have a tip if you s-tap. Look for the right moment to reset your sprint. If you press s and at that moment your opponent hits you, there are chances you might be comboed. Therefore, look at the situation and accordingly s-tap.
