Is 28 cps not bannable??????

As usual I was playing Practise and decided to try out combo duels, but to my surprise 70% of the duels had opponents more than 20 cps and they were many such so I decided to take some screenshots to know if this isnt bannable

Its not bannable unless they are autoclicking. Also there is a typo in the title. It should be 28 cps not 228 cps.

I don't think its bannable. For instance when I'm dragclicking I'm getting like 40 cps ;-;
