Welcome everyone! Today, we’re featuring one of Pika Network’s most dedicated reporters, with over 150 reports and an impressive 80% acceptance rate. This interview highlights their experience, approach to reporting, and the role they play in keeping the server fair and enjoyable for all players. Let’s begin.

1. What first motivated you to start reporting players seriously?

Ans- I enjoy playing in a friendly and a fair environment where everyone can have a good experience, whether playing alone or with friends. When rule breakers disrupt that vibe, it affects the entire community. That motivated me to start reporting players seriously and contribute to keeping the server enjoyable and fair for everyone.

2. How do you decide when a situation is worth reporting?
Ans- If a situation clearly breaks the server rules, I believe it is worth reporting. I treat every player equally and never hesitate to report someone, even if I know them personally or they happen to be my friends, because fairness and consistency are important for a healthy community.

3. What do you think helped you maintain such a high acceptance rate?

Ans- I maintain a high acceptance rate by understanding the server rules very well and only submitting reports when I have clear and sufficient evidence.

4. How do you collect and submit evidence effectively?
Ans- I always ensure my evidence is clear without hiding anything on my screenshot. I have the setting clock enabled on Lunar Client visible(or any other client), when i screenshot i make sure i captured my whole screen, and ensure that the chat is readable. If a player is using a nickname, I include their real name using the command /realname [Nickname] in the same screenshot or recording so the staff members can properly review and handle the report.

5. Have you ever doubted a report after submitting it? Why?

Ans- The only time I feel uncertain is when a staff member is already present in the same game mode and my report is denied as a duplicate-->(Player Has Already Been Punished). In those situations, I understand the reason, but it can still make me briefly question whether submitting the report was necessary and helpful, as it may have added extra work for the staff instead of helping them.

6. What’s the hardest type of rule-breaking to report correctly?
Ans- Well there's not a rule breaking category that's considered hard to report especially when you have very clear and sufficient evidence but if i had to choose cases involving unfair advantages or unclear intent are usually the most difficult, because they require very precise, clear and strong evidence against them to prove that a rule was actually broken.

7. How do you stay calm when dealing with toxic players?
Ans- With experience, I learned that reacting emotionally only makes situations worse. Instead, I stay calm, avoid arguments, and simply report their behavior through the forums so the staff members can handle it appropriately.

8. What mistakes do you see new reporters commonly make?
Ans- Many new reporters make mistakes by submitting very poor or insufficient evidence, which often leads to denied reports.
For example, some forget to include /realname, while others may not fully understand when something is too light to be punished.

9. What advice would you give players who want to help the server through reporting?
Ans- My advice is to read the rules carefully, gather clear and sufficient evidence, and remain respectful throughout the whole process. Reporting should always be done to support the community, not out of frustration or personal conflict.

10. Do you have any other aspirations in this server further?
Ans- I want to keep contributing positively to the server and help maintain a fair and welcoming environment. In the future, I hope to support the community even more by staying active, assisting players, and maintaining a positive presence.

Thank you for sharing your experience and insights. Your consistency and commitment show how impactful responsible reporting can be. We appreciate the effort you put into supporting Pika Network and setting a strong example for the community.

so when did you make this interview?
something id suggest is removing the italic font from answers, and changing the answer color to a darker one since yellow is simply hard to read.
