Some questions were asked to one of our fellow admins surbate.... All the answers are thereby answered by him and there are no changes to the answers were made by me....(we will do more interviews soon)
1.What do you think of your role as trial affair admin?
Ans-I like it, there's not much else to say. It's a fun sub rank.
2.What do you think matters your decision the most when someone applies for staff like experience on server or more like no punishments and proper behavior(obviously if they meet all the requirements)?
Ans-Both is important but for the public image good behavior definitely plays the biggest role, internally experience could pay out though, so it's always best to have a little of both.
3.Suppose someone is well behaved and has good public image but the problem is he has only joined a month ago should he apply(this will help me redirect some player who apply to get some experience before applying)?
Ans-It's not possible to get a good hang of the rules or the server itself in just a month. He should ideally have more experience.
4.Which mode do you think one ideally will enjoy if he is new to the server?
Ans-That's really up to personal likings. I suppose I played bedwars and practice the most.
5.So one can apply if he knows the rules well is what you are saying?
Ans-It's good to have general good knowledge of the server but rules are a crucial point too.
6.Have you ever been bias in choosing any trial over your preference?
Ans-Nope, quite the opposite actually, I've had to deny people I'm good friends with.

6.A new question was added to the table by yourdeath450 lemme add it real quick..
What if anyone has great reporter and spend so much time on the server but only he/she has no public connections and interaction with other players made private threads and have a good knowledge of rules too then they can get entry into staff team or not?
As in Arrly's article it is mentioned you should help players in community help on discord but it is not necessary.
Ans-It's technically possible, but weaknesses in some areas (i.e. communication with other players, helpfulness) mean that we have even higher expectations in other areas
