This time on the hotseat is aeserior , you know who , again the questions ae directly answered by him , every major event about the punishment appeals and support tickets was asked which he has answered in q no 7...Enjoy..
1.When did you start playing in the server? were you previously known as aeserior and also what was your first experience?
Ans-I started playing PikaNetwork in 2020. I was not previously known as aeserior, I had many usernames but I was popularly known as JustSuperiorr, hence why most people call me 'Superior'. My first experience was playing bedwars with my friends, who were the ones who introduced me to the server, I was quite new so I was stuck defending the bed, and from what I remember I had a very boxy defense.
2. what does it feel like to be Sr mod, did you always wanted to be one, if yes then who inspired you?
Ans-I joined the staff team almost 2 years back as a little trial, and now almost 2 years later and having gained much experience, I can say it feels nice. I had always wanted to join the staff team, and my ambition wasn't tied to one specific staff role but being Sr Mod is part of my journey so I might as well enjoy it. It's hard to say who specifically inspired me, but I met many amazing staff members like Anuly who genuinely showed a good reflection of the staff team.
3 . who is your best friend in staff team?
Ans- CreeperDxD
4. How does it feel like to fan favorite and expecting promotion to admin soon?
Ans- To be honest, I'm not expecting an Admin promotion anytime soon, such decisions is upto staff management. And who knows if I will be here long enough for that..?
5. How do you think of pika network as a server?
Ans- PikaNetwork is pretty cool, and the gamemodes are modern. The community may not be prefect, but the people you meet can be wonderful :)
6.So have you ever given preference to any of your friends regarding warning, bans , etc.?
Ans-Obviously no. I was actually blocked once after banning a friend.
7. Most people want to ask how are appeals managed and also do staff take decisions alone or are these discussed before taking a decision? the same goes with support tickets?
Ans-I can't discuss specific details but appeals may not always require a group decision, Moderators and above use the rules as their handbook, which in most cases can be used logically to make a decision. Answering support tickets requires good general knowledge, some tickets may require additional research and/or experts in the field.
8. What do you think of your fellow mate Orikaneko?
Ans-I first met OriKaneko in late 2024 where he rejoined the staff team as a trial, since then he has come a long way and has already been promoted to Sr Mod. He's kind and I consider him as a friend.
