I want my rank back plz

hello pika network,

i recently started playing again however i lost my rank some how i was sky paladin
i dont have the recipe any more how ever i do have a screen shot of me in chat showing
that i actualy was a sky paladin
but i cant attach the screen shot since the file is too large so how do i get my rank back???
ive also been baned from the discord since my name wasent right and i would like
to get unbanned so i can maybe send the file there

this all started hapening since i needed to change my name from greygiant to Greygiant

Hello player, to get a rank back you need to make an issue report HERE; https://pika-network.net/payment-support/. Ofcourse with included evidence. Also i saw you in the pika discord so i am guessing you aren't banned anymore.

well im stil baned i just joined via the web discord i need a invit to discord on the normal program :/
