So before the reset on opfacs1 i had the cobra rank, but now i have batman rank :( please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me tell you something.
Whenever you need help, the best idea is to get on Teamspeak. It's where the staffs are, most of the time. It might take some time to get a staffs attention since they're pretty busy :/
Or make a support ticket, but I don't think they see it most of the time. But the MOST important thing is, you need to gather proof that you had Cobra tank before...

By the way, can you pay me some money if you see me on OPFactions1 lol. My IGN is Safdar. My rank is Titan lol. But I need to get into a faction, do you mind inviting me please...
