I don't think so. Thats just a chunk loading in. It won't show anything so it should be fine. (Meaning anything in the chunk will not appear)

Its chunck loading and admin know when you use x-ray because ppl that use the hack they mine in a straight line and then out of nothing he starting to mine to downside or to upside and finds the diamond or whatever resource and if this happens a few times more they know you are using x-ray, that its just a simple chunk loading but sometime it glitches to into a block but thats not banable because you cant avoid it
