Does anyone know if you can delete or deregister an account(in minecraft, not in the forum)? If yes, how do i do it? I thank you in advance.

You can't. But you can request a password reset if you forgot the accounts password. Just make a support ticket at https://pika-network.net/support-tickets/open and give proof you own the acct. Like a screenshot or something.
