i have a friend that cant load 1.8 so i can not 1v1 him​

Detailed description:

i have a friend that cant load 1.8 so i can not 1v1 him. i would really like if practice pvp is open to all version because i am better at 1.16.5 pvp and my friend cant load 1.8​

Reason(s):

so other players can join practice pvp on all version to see with which player is better at what version​

Example(s):

if i were to join on 1.16 and my oponent was on 1.8 and he killed me i would know that he takes less damage if he sword blocks​

Practice PvP is meant to be a place to pvp in the version of 1.8. For sure that there is some proportion of players who are 1.9+ pvp player, would be much better if 1.9+ pvp is a separate gamemode tho.
