I changed my minecraft name and lost everything

So recently I changed my minecraft account name ( LeKayak --> Kayaak ). But when I join the OpFaction server I see that I have 0$ and no rank in game. And when I type /f who LeKayak , I see my old name in the faction with my friend.
Can you like switch the accounts? I know it's wierd but this is it..
