I am getting kicked by console by no reason

I get kicked time and again for no reason and after getting many kicks i got band for no reason.You guys need to fix this you guys need to tell him/her who kicked me i swear i was playing fairaly just enjoying clutching my game but suddently kicked?why

Also, To avoid Getting punished by the console I recommend:

Not playing while lagging (ping and fps)
Not using too much cps

Don't play when you have 300+ ping, don't go over 25 CPS, don't drag, don't try to glitch, yada yada.
Just have a good internet connection when playing.

i have a good ping my higest cps is barely 15 the blocks glitch it self while doing speed briging

My guy, i'm literally playing from Australia and my base ping is 320-350. I also encounter this issue, but have not been banned,.......yet
