I got perm banned for trying to charge back a purchase, but I am not sure how to un charge back? If you have any info please respond.

Opening a PayPal dispute will result in your account being banned on our network and other webstores.
thats what they said on the store which means charging back is bannable and if you have read they have a strict no refund policy

Hi, you can make an appeal at https://pika-network.net/forums/ban-mute-appeals.149/ and state your issue, you should've read the store information before doing such activity.
