No, you can’t put Lifebloom on leggings. Although some players may say it’s for leggings, Lifebloom is actually designed only for chestplates. You’ll need a chestplate to use this enchantment.

Hello blertdirt. So actually you saw dragon set leggings or inferno set leggings because dragon and inferno set contains lifeboom on all pieces. You cant put lifeboom on leggings by yourself.
