How to make a shop?

Hello. So a while ago i made a good looking house for my shop. But i don't know how to make one! So i put down the chest. Put a sign on the chest. Write everything. and in the chat it sayes Shop succesfully created. I got a friend of mine to test the shop out. Anf he sayed that it sayes - Let an admin set the flag:use. I ask someone and like everyone sayed that i need to put in the command /p flag set use 50,60,64 or 54. but it didn't work. Tht i just did is I let everyone open my chests. So i fast removed it. One guy sayed to me that that is letting everyone open my chests. And i saw one dude stealing from me, but I didn't have nothing much at my plot at the time! So yeah why can't noone buy my things???

The sign ID = 68. So u must to use the following command /plot flag add use 68

U can remove a flag /plot flag remove "ID"

If u add an other ID not the 68 u allow everyone to use that item in your plot. So i suggest to remove them.

But if I log off will the flag remove automaticly? Or it will stay on till I remove it?
