How do you change the names of items in survival on pikanetwork?

I don't play survival but according to vanilla minecraft, You can use Anvil to rename it, But you need exp.

there are 2 ways:
1. renaming an item the normal way using an anvil
2. ranked players have a /rename command that they can use to give their item names special colors and styles
