High ping suddenly

I used to get 150 - 200 ping in pika but now it's suddenly 300-400 ms. I have 100 mbps net and 4 ms ping on google . So please help

It's problem from India isp
Pika fixed thier problem from thier side..

Some people getting better ping, and some don't
