He has too many accounts banned if you think this is false let him make a ban appeal and make a support tickets to get those accounts removed.

Go to the forums, and try to post a ban appeal make sure you answer all of the spaces given there. Wait for any admin to take action over it.

Yeh im guessing this is the best option for you, you could ask an admin to find ur ip and see how many accounts that ip has, just a lil help. Ty
