Helper Got Cought Abusing!

So we were raiding ''Kappa'' base. Then Helper ''Ethopiq'' got tped and he was flying in enemy teritory, and also he had creative on. I was ''Kappa'' ally , so i can fly there , but ethopiq was an enemy and he still flew.
He also lied that he has ''TopDonator'' so he can fly in enemy teritory with TopDonator , but hes rank was ''Helper''. So i think he should be demoted.
