First of all, my goal is to help server as I can, And on the server has a large number of players who complain about the hackers and who need help.

I'd reported him.

What would you do if someone was advertising?
If you advertise someone else's server, or anything else without permission. He forbade him access to the server for a while, or permanently.

May i also give u some advice on your app
Improvements :
1. This application is very short because you havent gone into detail eg. expand on the your motivation and also where it says have you been banned and you replied'yes but it was false' i think your meant to elaborate on that.
2. Re-visit the rules again at

For your answer to the advertising question it wouldnt be what the rules suggest.
3. Put more experience in Experience also looks for what you have done on this server and if you have had staff ranks on other server
4. The Extra thing is there if you want to put something that doesnt fit under the roof of the staff application , there is probably some good information you may want to add but anyway thats optional
For Now your application needs re-visiting if this is a serious one just try and extend it in size and detail and wait a bit.
