so actually i need asap help i accidetly falled in the lobby to a hole and they are killing me how do i get out?

By 'fell into a hole' I'm assuming u mean u fell into PvP arena. U can just drop down into the larger hole or wait for urself to be untagged and then do /PvP to get out.
