Can someone please help, how do I get the "drugs" so my Vitality doesn't go low, its at 79% or 80% now please help..

you can find the drug dealer at spawn
Then buy seeds from it
And then plant like normal crops in your cell and wait for them to grow
Have patience they take time to grow
Then harvest them and sell them to the drug dealer
Selling a particular amount will increase your vitality
Also, just a suggestion, to fulfill the drugs needed to increase vitality you need a big drug farm
