I really suggest you to go build and push your budget higher.

Last 2 years, i bought a $1000 laptop (not gaming. gaming goes for 1.4k before) then i realized that it wasnt worth it. it was decent tho but i couldve spent the money for the pc.

Laptops are also hard to fix on the hardware side. Just like mine, the fan was very noisy even i cleaned the dust out. we searched the same fan or atleast a similar one but couldnt find one in the whole country.
WD30 fixed it doe.

The i5 starts at $184 while the 1060 starts at $217

Don't forget the fact that the 217$ 1060 is 3GB, which is rather suicide to buy.
And besides that, if you are buying through internet then you also have shipping and who knows if you get guarantee with it.
In local store it is again much more than that amount.
There is another case in which there isn't the 217$ in his local pc store.

well if u r willing to get gtx 1070 i recomend u use the msi gtx 1070 but its 500$$ so i recomend u choose a gtx 1070 or a 1050ti if u r willing to play on 2 monitors or 3 i recomend the gtx 1070 but if u r willing to use 1 monitor i think gtx 1050 ti and 1060 will be good for u also i might try to get u parts if u want a 500 to 600 buget gaming pc and will wright all the parts u will need in another comment

well if u want the case to look fancier u can change the case to what ever u want and add some rgb lighting it will look cool if u want rgb fans u will have to increase ur budget i like to go with nzxt hue+ or corsair rgb fans they look cool

so yea.. i calculated and what you put is for atleast 700.
(also since motherboard is out of stock and i can't find the micro one so i placed 100punds on it, since gaming one is 170pounds, so in addition to those 700 feel free to put another number between 1 and d 70).

Also you did not include any desktrop, keyboard, mouse, speakers/headphones in here.
By the way, another chance that Amazon doesn't sell items in his country (Like in my case), In UK it has free shipping while for the rest of the world it probably does not have which would be another 50-100. Another thing is, in UK it is in punds not in $ or Euros. So what i calculated came out 700pounds which is 931.9$.

When building a PC, there's many different uses in which you would buy different components.

If you are only playing Minecraft- adding in Chrome with some tabs, Skype, Discord, and perhaps Spotify, you're not going to need a very beefy build.

I've just finished building my 6th PC and I currently have 2 as well as 2 laptops. Both desktops are served for different uses.

When picking a CPU, there are four main factors to look at: # of cores, clock speed, benchmark, and price of course. Most games (not minecraft) like Rainbow Six, GTA, etc. will only use 4 cores. If you are only gaming on Minecraft, a 4 core would suffice. Each application you have open is going to use your cores. If you are looking for editing videos, using really any editing software whether it be graphics, videos, animations, or typically any adobe-type program you'd want 6-8 cores and from there you will complete everything much faster and can even dedicate the editing to disperse to multiple cores to speed the process up. Oveclocking typically isn't necessary for simplistic uses especially when it's a budget build. You can always see how well your CPU is going to run by looking up its benchmark. I would highly suggest PCPartPicker when choosing a CPU (AMD master processor (: ) from there you can also get your MOBO and see all specs and price changes.

Unless you're dedicating more memory to your Minecraft and having many tabs open, 8GB of memory will do the job. It's not much more to get the 16GB- but remember it's always upgradable in the future.

The hardest decision, your GPU!! Really, unless you're playing games like PUBG or other high demand games you're not going to have the best GPU on the market. After all, if gaming on a 60hz monitor you won't be able to notice a 1080ti or a 1060 (Much-- very environmental). If you've got the money and you're playing anything other than Minecraft or streaming and recording then go with something better. Most likely you won't need more than 4gb on a GPU. I'd suggest just watching comparison videos on YouTube of different cards. I have a 1080ti in one of my PCs and I can honestly say I don't see any difference when playing with my 1060 6GB. Just some simple gaming I would go with an EVGA GTX 1060 6GB or even the mini.

If you're even a little impatient, go with an SSD. Doesn't have to be huge, just enough to load windows and store your main programs. Then a WD 1-2TB HDD will work for everything you do. If your mobo supports NVMe then it's relatively the same price as an SSD. You can also just buy an M.2 add on card.

Hz in your monitor is just the refresh rate. I have 2 60Hz monitors and a 144 as my center main. You definitely do see a difference when switching to either, but don't bite off more than one can chew just for a 144Hz, they're quite a bit more. Most monitors you see will be 60Hz and they look perfectly fine. You can also always go with something in between.

I would always go ~50-100 above your usage when picking a PSU. Also would definitely want a certified PSU, nothing more than Gold for your build though. I grabbed a Corsair 550W 80+ Gold Certified PSU off NewEgg for $45. Better safe than sorry.

Laptops you can also always upgrade the memory since they're typically only 4GB of DDR2. If it's a 32bit OS you can't go above 4GB but you can get Win 10 for free. Make sure you're looking up the laptop to see if the MOBO supports what you're buying. I would never go with a laptop if you're gaming, but if you do, go with a Dell Latitude. They're a great price and I have one that has an upgraded video card, a CPU that is nearly better than my semi-budget gaming PC, 10GB, 120 SSD, and can open pretty much everything and will get 200+ FPS in Minecraft. I just would not suggest a laptop, maybe in the future though.

Another thing, don't hesitate buying items used or refurbished. It's not going to hurt you getting something pre-owned, just would NOT recommend buying used PSUs or harddrives.

Another thing with buying RAM, it's not going to be slightly noticeable which speed you get. If your MOBO only supports DDR3, don't fret. Getting 3000 over 2000 is like drilling holes in your pedal. You won't notice it and only the extremists will need it. Reply if you need any help :)

Sorry for the late reply boys. My residence alternates between the Middle East and Asia. I used to live in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia), but now we moved to Asia (Bangladesh). We will still travel between these 2 places a lot.

Money doesn't grow on trees for me like you guys, I would go for a cheap setup, then sell and replace the parts.
I still haven't gotten my PC. My dad said when we go back to the Middle East, he would have a PC ready for me since his business company is closing and he could get one of those PCs for free. I'll let you guys know my specs if I have enough luck to get one :3, I'm putting my hopes into my prayers till then!
