Hackers in survival pvp

there are like tons of hackers online in pika survival flying, using speed hacks, killura ( like that ) and a lot more hacks. when they are ip-banned they still make a new alt and come to kill nethrite players in pvp I am tired to report all of them they come again in less then 3 minutes it made us mad I request to staff members pls do something about this, make a watch dog plugin more better or make it harder so none can cheat on

I report alot of hackers and it was accepted in like 2 minutes but the main reason is they are ip banned but they are still coming back with another alt and they have enough gear to come back
