Make a support ticket with provided valid proof or request a password reset , with none of the evidence sadly no actions will be taken .

If you are having problems with accessing your password of an account that has donated and has a rank you have to provide valid proof such as receipt that shows that you bought the rank into the section called " support ticket's " will send you the link , please wait then patiently since the admins are busy doing their work of answering not only yours but others tickets too .
