Guys V-Sync is CRAZY

So without recording i get around 260-300 fps but some days ago i thought just to test, i would put mode on v-sync
my frames were only 75 but it was CRAZY SMOOTH. Before this I believed that v-sync is bad but it is actually pretty good.
With recording with max frames i was getting kinda smooth frames but when i was rec with v-sync i was getting 75 frames but it was feeling like 250-300
